Chic Beach Condo | Near Rehoboth & Lewes Beaches

Nice condo, great location and the owner Jason, was very accommodating. Positive: The condo was great! When we arrived, there was a problem with the water heater so we called Jason. He had his maintenance person there in 15 minutes and he corrected the situation promptly. Wonderful response. We had a very nice stay and would stay there again.

It was a short drive from our home and we made the most out of it, even during the rainy days. Positive: The location was perfect, right near great restaurants and the Tanger Outlets. Negative: We had a nice time at the Condo, however it smelled like a dog or cat had sprayed themselves somewhere in the bathroom and large bedroom on the carpet area and it was a strong smell. Positive: Everything! It’s a spacious and newly renovated apartment; clean and comfortable. Great place!

Clean quiet and easy access. Positive: Easy access with great instructions. Fantastic property, comfy beds, selection of coffees, very clean, supplied all amenities, and quiet location. Negative: A few miles from the beach, but they do supply a parking pass for you to use when going into Rehoboth.

Great 2 bedroomed apartment, ground floor with parking Positive: Spacious 2 bedrooms, checking in easy, well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Little traffic noise surprisingly and walking distance to a few shops etc Negative: A few small maintenance issues, cracked tiles in kitchen and wobbly kitchen counter.
